really creepy

Ok so I have been working at the same restaurant for almost a year now and for the longest time there has been this guy that I shall call M for safety reasons, well M is probably in his late 30’s and is just a really creepy guy. I think that something is wrong with his brain… well I KNOW that he is not completely there… he fidgets a lot and talks weird. Anyways, so M is like in love w/ me and it is so creepy, I’ve got a few example scenarios: (I have always talked to him like I would a normal customer)
when he started telling me that I was so beautiful and he called me his “teen angel” (keep in mind at the time I was only 17), then a few days later he came up to me and was like ” Hey I’ve got something for you because you are so special.” so he goes out to the car comes back and he has a sunkist shirt, yes I’m talking bright orange sunkist shirt with a picture of the sunkist sun on it, and in giving this shirt to me he tells me that it made him think of me because he thinks that I am as beautiful as the sun coming up over the clouds. One day while I was cleaning a table, he asked what I was doing after work, I responded buy saying that I was going to the gym but I would not tell him where, and he was like “why don’t you come over to my house and workout?” I was told him “no, I don’t think so” one time I told him that I was going running around my neighborhood (didn’t tell him where) and he said, “you better be careful, someone might snatch you up” That scared the crap out of me! Why would he say that?
I had to take some time off in the winter time around Christmas for about 2 in half months, while I was gone he would come in and ask everyone where “his girlfriend” was, and they were like who? and he was like where’s Monica, you said she was coming back. (I was not supposed to be gone that long) After a while he quit coming in so much b/c he thought I wasn’t coming back. Then whenever I came back, when he first saw me, he looked me up and down slowly with his eyes and remarked, “I didn’t think you could get any more beautiful” I responded, “Really ’cause I feel the same and I haven’t done anything different” Anyways every time I see him he always asks me to go places with him, the bahamas, Jamaica, Stone mt, his house… an I am always like ” I don’t think so” or NO. He doesn’t get the point. I told him I have another job but wouldn’t tell him where and he asked if I worked at a titty bar and he said he would come see me if I did. I do not work at one and I was shocked that he would even think that of me.
I guess the creepiest thing that has happened so far would be the most recent. So, he comes into the restaurant that I work at today, and as I was cleaning the table next to his he tells me that he bought a computer, I told him that is good a computer is a necessity in todays world. He said that he didn’t even know what google was or how to set up and e-mail (lol)but he said he’d figure it out. I asked him, if he didn’t even know how to work google or an e-mail, then what he was doing on it, he told me that he saw a website in a magazine for guns and knives and he looked those up, and he went to a dating site. so tel me that isn’t creepy, the first thing the guy does when he gets the internet is looks up guns, knives, and women? Then when he was leaving, he was like well I ‘ll see you later, and he memorized my schedule and asked what time I got off on Sat. to the hostess and she told him, so now I’m really creeped out and a little scared. I try not to talk to him but he always sits in my section and just starts talking to me, and I don’t like to be rude so answer, but shortly. Plus, before today I didn’t think he was some sort of threat, but now he starting to sound like one of those creepy serial killer dudes. Now, when I leave work I always look in my rear view mirror to make sure that I’m not being trailed. I think that for now on I’m just not going to talk to him like at all.
